Responsibilities:
? Identify and suggest tactics for positioning the Company as an employer of choice.
? Formulate and execute recruitment plans to identify, select, hire, train and retain the best talent to meet the Company?s manpower needs.
? Source and select candidates in a transparent and fair manner, and ensure that the right calibre of people are recruited into the Company.
? Liaise with staff across the Company to identify employee learning and development needs.
? Design and implement cost-effective learning and development strategies to improve the Company?s performance.
? Maintain effective performance and career management strategies that would help sustain a performance driven culture and ensure appropriate balance between staff personal and professional goals.
? Work with managers to ensure the Company?s performance management system is employed in an objective, equitable, transparent and merit-driven manner. Maintain employee reward and recognition programs.
? Maintain an optimal organization structure to support the achievement of the Company?s goals and objectives.
? Serve as a primary point of contact for all employees on HR related issues. Support the CEO in resolving significant/complex disciplinary cases, appeals and related HR issues.
? The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight for the administrative and human resources activities of the entire organization.
? He will entrench the company culture and values, as well as oversee training, discipline, appraisals and orientation of staff to meet company goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
? B Sc. Degree (Minimum of a Second Class Lower)
? 3-5 years HR background.
? At least 30years of Age
? Supervisory experience (added advantage)
? Relevant professional certifications/ memberships (added advantage)
? Basic computer use skill is a must
? Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and motivation skills
? Candidates must be highly qualified, motivated, ambitious and experienced individuals with Managerial skills
