Here Are Criterion’s Scariest High-Brow Horror Films

Traditionally, scary movies are very, very campy in the best of ways and not always considered brilliant without some sort of qualifier. Of course, many of the films in the Criterion Collection are classics, and that happens to include some horror films. As such, their film nerds put together a list of the scariest films in the collection for some heady Halloween viewing tonight.?
Of course, many of these films are available on Hulu Plus, so we went ahead and fished out some of our personal favorites from the list for you. Have fun.
